Bayou Classic Time
It's that time of year again! But this year will be a little bit different. Grambling State University and Southern University will meet in the 41st annual Bayou Classic to break the 20/20 tie. Did you know that Grambling and Southern is the oldest college rivalry in the State of Louisiana? These two teams met for the first time in 1933 before an 11-year series cancellation due to a scuffle on the field. Fierce battles and bad blood have always exited between these two teams. If you get a chance to experience the Bayou Classic, kick-off is at 1:30 PM in the Mercedes Superdome - New Orleans, Louisiana. It promises to be a sports event to remember.
