Coach Robinson 2015 AFCA Trailblazer Award Winner
Coach Robinson, former head coach of Grambling State University football, has been named the American Football Coaches Association's recipient of the 2015 Trailblazer Award. This award was created to honor the early leaders in the football profession who coached at historically black colleges and universities from 1920-1970. Coach Robinson coached from 1941 to his retirement in 1970. The award will be presented posthumously at the AFCA Kickoff Luncheon on January 11, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas.
